inext adds another partner in Georgia

inext is increasing its presence on the Georgian market.

Over the last year, inext entered new sales markets almost every month. At the moment, our products are already present and in demand in seven countries across Europe and Asia, and this number is constantly growing. Today we would like to introduce you to a project in a country where our devices are already successfully used — a collaboration with TV Sarpi/Ayety, a telecom operator from Georgia, for the OK.TV service.

TV Sarpi/Ayety has been on the Georgian telecom market since 1997 and has become a leading system integrator with the goal of diversifying its services. The company operates a fiber-optic network, which allows it to provide services to modern standards, and a complete telecommunication hub that integrates the equipment required for all of its services. The current list of telecommunication services includes internet, multi-channel transit television, and telephony. TV Sarpi/Ayety's services are used by more than 300 corporate subscribers.

"The Georgian market is not new to us, but we are always pleased to find new like-minded people," notes Maksym Schygol, inext product manager at ROMSAT. "Many thanks to our partners from TV Sarpi/Ayety, who chose our set-top boxes."

In order to provide the most complete experience with the OK.TV service, TV Sarpi/Ayety was looking for more than just a set-top box — it wanted a reliable partner that could offer more than just a device.

"inext's main advantage for us was undoubtedly the modern multifunctional set-top box," says Darya Voloshina, leading project engineer at TV Sarpi/Ayety. "It fully covered all the needs of our company, both in terms of software and high-quality, reliable hardware."

But the list of inext's advantages does not stop there. For inext specialists, each new client is a new challenge. At the same time, some things remain unchanged — namely, the list of pleasant bonuses an operator receives when working with inext, such as full branding of the set-top boxes, including the client's logo on the device itself, the box, the remote control, and the user manuals. This is the set that was offered to TV Sarpi/Ayety.

Another signature highlight that makes inext an absolute favorite is the ability to manage set-top boxes using the Alcatraz cloud service. Alcatraz gives the operator remote control over its inext devices, lets it block them manually or automatically, and allows it to configure messages that appear on the subscriber's screen when needed.
