inext and KATV1: our new partner in Azerbaijan
inext enters the Azerbaijani market with a new partner — KATV1, one of the country's largest digital service providers.
The inext company is once again expanding its scope of activity to new markets.
Fall is always one of the busiest seasons for the inext team, considering all the conferences to attend, trips to complete, and information to analyze. But even at this time, we found an opportunity to enter a new market with a new partner — the leading Azerbaijani telecom operator KATV1.
KATV1 (AG Telekom LTD) is one of the largest providers of digital services operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The KATV1 brand has been a leader in the country's telecommunications market for many years.
"We met with KATV1 during one of our numerous business trips, the purpose of which was to visit our current partners and to explore potential new sales markets for inext products," says Pavlo Sydorov, CCO of inext. "During our personal meeting, we offered a number of our working solutions that interested KATV1."
KATV1 is a highly professional team that practices an individual approach to each client, so it was easy for us to find a common language with its representatives — and that is how we see our future cooperation.
An important aspect of the companies' joint work was achieving exactly the design that the KATV1 service required. As is well known, inext offers all its customers full branding, which includes the customer's logo on the set-top box itself, as well as on the packaging, remote control, and user manual.
But customization of the device does not end on the outside. After starting the set-top box for the first time, the end user immediately sees the launcher with the KATV1 logo, and the company's branded application starts automatically, allowing subscribers to fully enjoy the company's service.
An absolute plus for our client was also the possibility of using our Alcatraz cloud service, which makes the process of integrating and updating KATV1's own application on the company's set-top boxes simple and painless.
"Cooperation with inext opens up a completely new range of possibilities for us," says Viktor Zayonchkivskyi, Head of the IT Department at KATV1. "And, like inext, we are interested in making it long-lasting."
