Alcatraz DMS helps operators protect rental STBs, lost hardware, unpaid accounts and retired devices. Block any STB or group manually, or use net-lock to restrict rented boxes outside approved ISP networks.
How locking starts

Block one STB or a whole group at any time, even inside the ISP network. Use it for lost or stolen hardware, retired devices or unpaid accounts.
Net-lock policy
Lock rented STBs automatically when they appear outside approved ISP networks.
