Where can I find official Firmwares?

All latest firmwares for inext devices are available only for online OTA update. You can check for online updates on your device via Settings -> About -> System update. If you have some problems updating your device, please contact our service center.

My device has a black screen, what should I do?

First of all, try simple reboot: unplug yout inext from power socket, wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If this doesn't help, please contact our service center.

My device says that it has been blocked. What should I do?

First of all, try to contact yout Internet Service Provider (ISP). If your ISP can't help you, please drop us a message using contact form above.
