inext continues to expand its activities in the Middle Asian market
As you know, the inext company does not rest on its laurels and is only gaining momentum in expanding its activities on the world market. Today we would like to introduce you to a new promising project – cooperation with Sarkor Telecom, a leading provider from Uzbekistan.
Sarkor Telecom was founded in 1996. The main field of activity is the provision of Internet services for home and corporate users, including FTTB, FTTH, ADSL, as well as video surveillance,hosting services, IPTV and VoIP.
Currently, in order to widen the use of its services and bring its television service to the highest level, the company needed set-top boxes with modern functionality and interface design, which would be easy to manage.
“In the spring-summer period of 2023, we went on a business trip to find customers and expand the circle of partners in Uzbekistan” – says Pavlo Sidorov, CCO of inext, – “Our primary goal was to find like-minded people willing to provide their subscribers with high-quality, functional and, at the same time, available TV set-top boxes“.
Sarkor became such a partner.
Of course, the Sarkor company was interested in extending its capabilities with using inext boxes thanks to the customized software, the inext Alcatraz cloud management system, as well as full branding of the device.
“One of the most important aspects for us was the possibility of using a fully customized desktop with two of our own pre-installed applications, including our IP-television service – SarkorTV” – , says Pavlo Naumov, CTO of Sarkor, – “With opting for inext we received a completely ready-made, pre-configured and localized device that fully meets our requirements“
It is also worth noting that with inext devices, the operator receives technical support at the highest level and the ability to update set-top boxes via OTA, which ensures their stable operation for many years. And the external customization of the control panel and the console itself will definitely increase the level of brand recognition.
“We expect a long-term partnership, meeting the needs of Sarkor subscribers and completely removing the issue of developing TV set-top boxes from the operator, freeing up their time and resources to develop their own services and network,” says Pavlo Sidorov, CCO of inext.
